Yes. The POS and card terminal take MobilePay, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The guest taps or scans, and the rest happens automatically.

Yes. The mobile POS runs on 4G and Wi-Fi with battery for the whole opening day, so you take payment at the table instead of sending the guest up to the counter.

The terminal costs 0 kr. to set up and 0 kr. in subscription, and a till costs from 0 kr. a month, because the first SEJR Kasse Mini is free with at least 1 million kr. in annual card turnover. For a new business, your own estimate counts. The other tills cost from 149 kr. a month with SEJR Samlet, where you take card payments with SEJR and have a SEJR Konto, or from 399 kr. a month on its own. There is no monthly minimum. You pay one rate on card turnover: 1,19 % at 1–2 mio. kr. a year, 0,99 % at 2–5 mio. kr., 0,89 % at 5–10 mio. kr. and a tailored price above 10 mio. kr., plus interchange and the scheme fee at cost. Below 1 mio. kr. we quote on your own figures. Send us your current statement and you get a concrete quote within 24 hours on weekdays.

The payout lands in your business account the next banking day, including weekend sales, which follow on the first banking day after. You don’t get the money in one weekly lump, but day by day, so cash flow follows the café’s rhythm and you always know what has come in.

Then you call Danish support on weekdays 9–17. You have one agreement and one number: POS, terminal and payments from the same partner. No suppliers pointing at each other while the queue grows at the counter.

Yes. The POS handles tips in the same flow as the payment, so the guest adds an amount on top without cash. The tips go into the same payout that lands in your account the next banking day.

Yes. The requirement for a digital sales registration system with SAF-T applies to selected trades, among them cafés, pizzerias, restaurants and kiosks. The SEJR Pay till exports SAF-T and carries VAT and receipts with it, so the requirement is covered.
