Cookies and similar technology
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Local storage and session storage work the same way but are not sent to a server with every request. This policy covers all three, and so does your consent.

Chat
Only if you open the chat yourself. Zendesk provides the chat for us and keeps the conversation in your browser, so it does not disappear when you change page.

Statistics

Google Analytics runs with IP anonymisation and Google Consent Mode, so nothing is stored before you consent. Google may process data in the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. PostHog is hosted in the EU. Its recordings show clicks, scrolling and movement on the page; everything you type in a field is hidden, and form contents and network requests are not recorded.
Marketing
Only if you switch on Marketing. Measures whether an ad on Facebook, Instagram or Google led to a visit or an enquiry, and lets us show ads to people with similar interests.

If you send us an enquiry, we report it to Meta from our server. Without Marketing switched on we send only your e-mail and phone number in hashed form (made unreadable), the name of your browser and the page you sent from; these are not cookies, and the basis is in the privacy policy, section 2. With Marketing switched on, Meta’s cookie ids, the ad’s click id, your IP address and the full address of the page go along. Meta is an independent data controller for this and may process data in the USA. Google Ads runs with Google Consent Mode, and only if you gave your consent on or after 30 September 2026, when it was added here. Google may process data in the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Change or withdraw your choice
You can change or withdraw your choice whenever you like, and it takes the same one click as giving it. Use , which is also in the footer of every page. When you withdraw, the cookies already set for the categories you switch off are deleted.
You can also delete cookies and stored data in your browser’s settings. Your choice is then forgotten, and we ask again on your next visit.
