A salon day is built from appointments. Each chair has its own schedule, and a client who stands up should pay in seconds, so the next appointment starts on time. With the terminal at the chair you take the card where the client sits, no walk to the counter. Contactless, chip and PIN and MobilePay in one device. The payout lands in your account the next banking day.
Payment and the next visit at the chair
Many clients book their next visit while they are still in the chair. Payment and rebooking belong to the same moment. The terminal handles a tip for the stylist, so thanks can be given without cash. And when a free slot opens between two appointments, a walk-in can pay just as quickly as everyone else. The receipt can be sent by SMS or email, so the client leaves right away.

Can I make do with just a terminal, without a cash register?
Yes. The terminal works on its own and is delivered ready to use. If you later want inventory and reports, the POS can be added to the same agreement.
What does it cost in months with few customers?
There is no monthly minimum, and the terminal costs 0 kr. setup and 0 kr. in monthly rental, so the cost follows your revenue. If you add a till, the first SEJR Kasse Mini is free.
Can the customer get a receipt without paper?
Yes. The receipt can be printed or sent by SMS or email. You decide the format; less paper, less waste.
Does the terminal take MobilePay?
Yes. Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The customer taps, inserts or swipes, and the terminal handles the rest.
Can I take payment at the chair instead of at the counter?
Yes. The mobile terminal goes around the salon with you, so the client pays where she is sitting. It runs on 4G and Wi-Fi and has battery for the whole working day. You avoid walking the client to the counter between two appointments, and the next visit can be booked in the same motion.
Can the client tip the stylist on the terminal?
Yes. The terminal can handle a tip, so the client adds an amount on top without carrying cash. The client taps, inserts or swipes the card, or pays with MobilePay. The amount goes into the same payout that lands in your account the next banking day: one settlement, one number to keep track of.
