Key terms at the top of the agreement. New clause 2.4: the General Terms and the price list apply as published on sejr.com. New clause 9.3.3: seasonal businesses pay no inactivity fee while closed for the season. New clause 11.3: release payment on early termination. Clause 12 now refers to the accepted quote, which is attached to the agreement.
