Money has to be followable.
Every payment leaves a line: what the customer paid, what came off it, and what landed with you. We write that line down, and we show it without being asked. That is the whole difference between a price and a bill.

SEJR didn't start with a pitch deck. It started with a frustration: a statement that takes half an hour to read. A support number that rings abroad. An agreement written for lawyers, not for the person who has to live with it.
We thought it was just us. Then we talked to bakers, hairdressers, restaurant owners and webshops. It wasn't just us. So in 2023 we founded the company that is now SEJR Pay ApS and started building what we were missing ourselves: one place where payments, account and operations come together, with prices you understand and a contract you can read in five minutes.
Three things we insist on. A fee is a promise, not a questionnaire: if we can't explain it in one sentence, we've designed it wrong. Everything sits in Denmark, on purpose: the application, the support, the lawyers and the responsibility for your data. And we only grow when our customers win: our one metric is that businesses settle better with us than with the alternative.
SEJR is not for everyone. We suit owner-run businesses that answer for their own numbers. In January 2026 we gathered the group in SEJR Group A/S, and today terminal, POS and online payments run in more than a thousand businesses, in partnership with licensed, PCI-DSS Level 1 certified acquirers. In September 2026 we opened the account, the cards and the credit, once they were ready and not before.
