From set-up to pack-down: payment that travels to the next pitch

The queue has to move when the crowd peaks

At a market or a festival, people arrive in waves. A full queue forms in minutes, and everyone wants to pay now. Contactless, chip and PIN run on the same device, so you don’t swap kit mid-rush. The POS has a dual screen and a built-in receipt printer, so the customer sees the amount and gets their receipt straight away. MobilePay, Apple Pay and Google Pay sit alongside Visa and Mastercard.

One weekend, one pitch, then on to the next

A stall goes up on Friday and is gone by Sunday evening. The device runs on 4G where there is no fixed line, and it has battery for the whole working day, no cable out to the stand. When you pack down, you take the POS to the next event with no fresh set-up. One agreement travels with you: one settlement, one report and one number to call, however many pitches the season holds.

Prices are ex VAT. On top of the rate sit interchange and the scheme fee, which pass through at cost and are not negotiable anywhere. Out of season you pay only the devices’ monthly price. The SEJR Samlet price applies when you also have a SEJR Konto, from 249 kr. a month. The rate is 0,99 % at 2–5 mio. kr., 0,89 % at 5–10 mio. kr. and tailored above 10 mio. kr. Does the terminal work without Wi-Fi and power?

Yes. The mobile POS runs on 4G and has battery for the whole working day. You don’t depend on the site’s infrastructure.

What does it cost out of season?

Only the device’s fixed monthly price, and the rate on what you take by card. SEJR Mobilkasse costs 399 kr. a month, 149 kr. with SEJR Samlet, and SEJR Mobilterminal 149 kr., 0 kr. with SEJR Samlet.

Do I have to buy hardware myself?

No. The device is included in the agreement, and it’s delivered ready to use. Turn it on, and the network finds itself.

How quickly do I get the money after an event?

The payout lands the next business day. After a busy festival weekend, the money is in the account while you’re still packing up.

Can the POS travel from event to event?

Yes. You pack the device down and set it up at the next pitch with no fresh set-up. Turn it on and it finds the 4G network itself. The same agreement covers all your events in the season. You don’t register anything new when you move stall.

Which payments can customers use on site?

Contactless, plus chip and PIN on the same device. Customers can pay with Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The POS has a built-in receipt printer, so the receipt is there straight away, even when the queue is long and the crowd peaks.

Can I sell tickets or merchandise online before the event?

Yes. With online payments you take payment through a payment link or a checkout, in the same agreement as the stall. Online payments and payment links cost 0 kr. in setup and subscription, and the rate is the same as on site.

Can I run several terminals at the same event?

Yes. If there are several queues, you add extra terminals to the mobile POS. SEJR Mobilterminal costs 0 kr. a month with SEJR Samlet and 149 kr. on its own. Sales from every device are gathered in one settlement and one report, and the payout lands the next banking day.
