The sales screen

Every payment its own way.

Staff and cash

Who was on the till, and does it add up?

Every staff member logs in with their own PIN. The role decides what they may do, and the shift closes with a count that shows the difference at once.

  • Time clockClock in and out on the till. Hours and breaks per week, ready for payroll.

A POS system must be able to document every sale. SEJR POS does it by itself, with no add-on module and no consultant.

  • Signed journal

    Every sale, refund and cash movement is signed and chained to the one before. A mistake is corrected with a new entry, never by changing the old one.

  • A Z report every day

    The day closes with a Z report per till, split by payment type and VAT. Reports are kept for 5 years.

  • SAF-T in one click

    The journal exports as SAF-T when the tax authority or your accountant asks for it. And the Z report posts itself to your accounting system.

What does a POS system cost?

The first SEJR Kasse Mini is free, and more cost 449 kr. a month. The other tills cost from 149 kr. a month with SEJR Samlet, where you take card payments with SEJR and have a SEJR Konto, and from 399 kr. a month on its own. SEJR Mobilkasse costs 399 kr. (149 kr. with SEJR Samlet), SEJR Kasse Mini 0 kr. for the first one and then 449 kr. (199 kr.), SEJR Kasse Tablet 499 kr. (249 kr.), SEJR Kasse 649 kr. (399 kr.), SEJR Kasse Pro 949 kr. (699 kr.) and SEJR Selvbetjening 1.549 kr. (1.299 kr.). Prices are ex VAT, hardware, software, service and replacement are included, setup is 0 kr. On top you pay a rate on what you turn over on card: 1,19 % at 1–2 mio. kr. of annual card turnover, 0,99 % at 2–5 mio. kr., 0,89 % at 5–10 mio. kr. and a tailored price above 10 mio. kr. Interchange and the scheme fee pass through at cost. Below 1 mio. kr. we quote on your own figures. Send us your current statement and you get a concrete quote within 24 hours on weekdays.

What is a POS system?

POS stands for point of sale, the place the sale happens. A POS system is a digital cash register where the receipt, the inventory, the reports and the card payment are one system rather than a till and a terminal that do not know each other. The sale and the settlement therefore carry the same figures, and the day reconciles without counting it up by hand.

Is card payment built into the POS system?

Yes. Card payment is integrated straight into the till. The amount goes from the till to the terminal, so nothing is keyed twice. Vipps MobilePay is accepted in the terminal and online, alongside all common card types.

Is SEJR Kasse an iPad POS?

No. SEJR Kasse is a finished till with its own screen, not an app for an iPad. Hardware, software, service and replacement are in the monthly price, so you do not buy an iPad, a stand, a card reader and a receipt printer and make them talk to each other. The smallest model, SEJR Kasse Mini, is compact with a built-in barcode scanner and card reader, and the first one is free.

Can the POS system run a restaurant?

Yes. SEJR POS has a floor plan, kitchen display and kitchen tickets, split bills per product and handhelds for the servers. The order goes from the table to the kitchen, and the table glows green when the food is ready.

Is the POS system SAF-T ready?

Yes. Every sale, refund and cash movement is signed and chained in a journal that cannot be changed afterwards. The day closes with a Z report, reports are kept for 5 years, and the journal exports as SAF-T in one click.

Does it work with my bookkeeping?

Yes. The Z report posts automatically to Dinero, e-conomic, Billy and Uniconta.
