We collect personal data when you contact us, register as a customer or use our services:

Contact details: name, email, phone number, address
Company details: CVR number, company name, industry
Transaction data: card payments, amounts, timestamps (processed under PCI-DSS Level 1)
Technical data: IP address, browser, operating system (via cookies, see our cookie policy)

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

Delivery of our services: performance of a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b))
Legal obligations: bookkeeping, anti-money-laundering prevention (GDPR art. 6(1)(c))
Marketing: with your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a))
Legitimate interests: improvement of service and security (GDPR art. 6(1)(f))

4. Retention

We store your personal data for as long as is necessary for the purpose. Transaction data is stored for a minimum of 5 years pursuant to the Danish Bookkeeping Act. Contact details are deleted no later than 2 years after the customer relationship has ended.

Have your information deleted (subject to legal requirements)

Complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency

6. Security

We protect your data with encryption, access control and ongoing monitoring. Card payments are handled under PCI-DSS Level 1, the industry's highest standard. Card data never touches your server.
