Payment links and refunds when the item comes back
Not every order starts in the checkout. When a customer calls in, or you send an invoice, you create a payment link and send it. The customer pays without logging in anywhere. When an item comes back, you refund directly from Shopify or WooCommerce, and the amount returns to the customer’s card. One agreement, one settlement, one number to call. How quickly can my webshop be live?
Typically 1–3 days. The Shopify plugin installs with one click; WooCommerce is set up via WordPress admin with your SEJR Pay key. Custom API integrations depend on your setup.
Do you support subscription payments?
Yes. WooCommerce Subscriptions is supported directly in the plugin. If you run custom, the API handles recurring payments.
Do I have to handle card data and PCI requirements myself?
No. Card data never touches your server. It is handled at our PCI-DSS Level 1 certified acquiring partners with tokenisation and encryption all the way.
Which payment methods do my customers get?
Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay Online, Apple Pay and Google Pay, in one integration, without extra setup per method.
Can I take payment for phone or invoice orders?
Yes. You create a payment link and send it to the customer, by email or text. The customer pays by card, MobilePay, Apple Pay or Google Pay without logging in anywhere. Useful for phone orders and invoices, where the customer is not sitting in the checkout.
How do I refund when a customer returns an item?
You refund directly from Shopify or WooCommerce, full or partial. The amount goes back to the card the customer paid with. It sits in the same settlement and report as the sale, so you have one place to keep track of both payments in and out.
