Payment in the terminal and payment online are priced differently, because the risk and the card networks' fees differ. If you do both, we calculate for both.
The card networks assess industries differently. Most Danish shops, cafés and clinics fall in the completely normal range — and if you're in doubt, we say so in the first conversation.
On your statement, the card network's fee and SEJR's margin are shown separately — not as one blurry "fee". So you can always see what the card network costs and what we actually earn on your business.
It's the same principle as a good tradesman's invoice: materials and labour listed separately. It keeps us honest.
