What does it cost to get going?
The payment terminal costs 0 kr. in setup and subscription. The first SEJR Kasse Mini is free, and more cost 449 kr. a month. The other tills cost from 149 kr. a month with SEJR Samlet and from 399 kr. on their own. On top comes the rate on what you take by card, and the account plan from 249 kr. a month if you choose an account.
What is SEJR Samlet?
Card payments with SEJR plus a SEJR Konto. With it the mobile terminal is free, every till with a monthly price is 250 kr. a month less, and you get access to SEJR Kredit. The account prices stay the same.
Why do I need an account to get the discount?
Because having payments and the account in one place is worth something to us, and we pass it on as a lower price on the equipment. The discount on one till is 250 kr. a month, the same as Konto Starter costs. With a till, the account costs you nothing extra.
What does the rate sit on top of?
Interchange, which goes to the bank that issued the card and is capped by EU regulation, and the scheme fee, which goes to Visa or Mastercard for running the network. Both are passed on at cost. Neither can be negotiated, with us or anywhere else.
How do I pay?
You get no bills. The account is drawn from your SEJR Konto, and the other subscriptions in your card settlement. Without card payments with us, you pay by invoice or Betalingsservice.
What if something breaks?
We deal with it. The equipment stays ours while the agreement runs, so service and replacement are covered. There is nothing to report and nothing to pay.
How do I know it beats what I pay now?
Send your latest statement as a photo or a PDF. We read it line by line against the rates above and send the comparison back in writing, on your own figures.
