A consultation rarely ends abruptly. The patient stands up, you talk about the next appointment, and the payment has to slip into that conversation without breaking it. The terminal sits ready at the desk and reads cards, MobilePay, Apple Pay and Google Pay with one tap. The receipt goes by SMS or email. The practitioner can keep their eyes on the patient rather than on the tech, and the room stays calm all the way to the door.
One agreement when practitioners share a desk
A physiotherapist, a chiropractor and a massage therapist can share the same desk and still keep the numbers straight. Terminal, POS and payments come from one partner, so you get one settlement, one report and one number to call. The payout lands on the business account the next banking day rather than in weekly lumps. Danish support is open on weekdays between 9 and 17 if a day does not add up.

How is patients’ card data handled?
Card data never touches our or your systems in plain text. It is handled by PCI-DSS Level 1 certified partners with encryption all the way. Personal data is processed under GDPR and stored in the EU.
Can the patient get a receipt without paper?
Yes. The receipt can be sent by SMS or email instead of print. Faster at the desk and less paper in the clinic.
What does it cost when the clinic is closed for holidays?
Nothing fixed for the terminal. There is no monthly minimum, and the terminal costs 0 kr. a month. If you also have a till, it has a fixed monthly price. You pay the rate when there is turnover.
Does it work with our patient record system?
The terminal works on its own and needs no integration to take payment. Talk to the advisor about your specific setup. We set it up together with you.
When does the clinic get the money after a treatment?
The payout lands on the business account the next banking day, not as a weekly lump. If the patient pays on Monday, the amount is on the account on Tuesday, so reconciliation follows the daily rhythm of the clinic.
What does it cost to get started?
0 kr. setup and no hidden fees. The terminal costs 0 kr. a month, a till from 0 kr. a month. You get a concrete quote within 24 hours on weekdays, so you know the price before you decide. Terminal, POS and payments are combined in one agreement with one settlement.
Can we take payment without a front desk?
Yes. The terminal can come into the consultation or sit by a chair, so the patient pays where the treatment ends. It runs on 4G and Wi-Fi with battery for the whole day, and the receipt can go by SMS or email instead of being printed.
Can several practitioners settle on the same POS?
Yes. Each practitioner can have their own PIN, and reports can be shown per practitioner and per day. That makes it possible to see what was sold by whom without keeping a list on the side.
What does a payment terminal for a clinic cost?
The SEJR Terminal costs 0 kr. to set up and 0 kr. a month, with service and replacement included. There is no monthly minimum. You pay one rate on card turnover: 1,19 % at 1–2 mio. kr. a year, 0,99 % at 2–5 mio. kr., 0,89 % at 5–10 mio. kr. and a tailored price above 10 mio. kr., plus interchange and the scheme fee at cost. Below 1 mio. kr. we quote on your own figures.
Can the patient pay with MobilePay?
Yes. The terminal takes Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The patient taps, inserts or swipes, and the amount goes into the payout the next banking day.
