How is patients’ card data handled?
Card data never touches our or your systems in plain text. It is handled by PCI-DSS Level 1 certified partners with encryption all the way. Personal data is processed under GDPR and stored in the EU.
Can the patient get a receipt without paper?
Yes. The receipt can be sent by SMS or email instead of print. Faster at the desk and less paper in the clinic.
What does it cost when the clinic is closed for holidays?
Nothing fixed. There is no monthly minimum and no fixed monthly fee. You pay when there is turnover.
Does it work with our patient record system?
The terminal works on its own and needs no integration to take payment. Talk to the advisor about your specific setup. We set it up together with you.
When does the clinic get the money after a treatment?
The payout lands on the business account the next banking day, not as a weekly lump. If the patient pays on Monday, the amount is on the account on Tuesday, so reconciliation follows the daily rhythm of the clinic.
