Timeline

From an idea in 2023 to payment, account, cards and credit in 2026. Company details are in the CVR register.

  1. 2023
    1. February

      The idea: selling payment terminals to Danish shops and restaurants.

    2. June

      The company is founded. Today it is SEJR Pay ApS (CVR 44090880).

  2. 2024
    1. June

      The first business goes live and takes its first card payment on 20 June.

    2. November

      SEJR takes over the POS system Salgskernen from SK POS ApS, with its source code and its customer agreements. That is where the customer base comes from.

    3. November

      Our own office in Herlev. The team grows from one to four, and to eight by the end of the year.

  3. 2025
    1. Through the year

      The Salgskernen customers move over to SEJR’s own platform.

    2. December

      The first year with a profit, on a turnover of 10.7 m kr. (audited annual report 2025).

  4. 2026
    1. January

      The move to Hovedvejen 107, 3., Glostrup, and SEJR Group A/S (CVR 46202465) is founded as the group’s parent company.

    2. February

      The team is 21 people, up from one in the summer of 2024.

    3. May

      The companies take the name SEJR: SEJR Pay ApS and SEJR Group A/S.

    4. September

      SEJR Konto, SEJR Kort and SEJR Kredit go on sale. Payment, account, cards and credit can now be had from one provider.
