Take an order at the table
Here you learn how to take an order at the table and send it to the kitchen.

You divide the order into courses, so the kitchen knows what should go out first.
Step by step
Tick a step when it is done
Button names are written as they appear on a till set to Danish. The brackets give the name on a till set to English, the first time a button is mentioned. Change the till's language
- Tap Menu, and choose Bordplan (Floor plan).
- Tap Liste (List).
- Tap Tag imod ordre (Take order) next to the table.
- Choose the course, e.g. Drik (drinks).
- Choose a category, and tap the products.
- Switch to Hoved (Main), and add the main courses.
- Check the order on the right.
- Tap Gem (Save). The order is sent to the kitchen.
- The table now shows as Optaget (Occupied) with the order.
Good to know
- Order more: Tap Tag imod ordre again. The new items are added to the same table.
- The kitchen: The order is printed on the kitchen printer or shown under Menu → Køkken (Menu → Kitchen).
- Payment: See the guide Split the bill at the table.
- Can you not see Bordplan? Switch on the Bordstyring (Table management) module under Admin → Indstillinger → Moduler (Admin → Settings → Modules).
Finishing up
The order has been sent, and the table shows as occupied.
