Create a table

Button names are written as they appear on a till set to Danish. The brackets give the name on a till set to English, the first time a button is mentioned. Change the till's language

1. 1 Tap Admin at the top right of the till.
2. 2 Enter your 4-digit admin PIN.
3. 3 Choose Bordplan (Floor plan) in the menu on the left.
4. 4 Choose the branch at the top.
5. 5 Tap + Nyt bord (+ New table).
6. 6 Type the table's number in the Bordnummer (Table number) field.
7. 7 Choose how many people the table seats under Kapacitet (Capacity).
8. 8 If you like, type a name in the Navn (Name) field, e.g. Sofabord (sofa table).
9. 9 Choose the table type: Standard, Rundt bord (round table), Langbord (long table) or Højbord (high table).
10. 10 Choose the section the table is in, e.g. Indendørs (indoors).
11. 11 Tap Opret bord (Create table).
12. 12 Check that the new table appears in the table plan.

13. Good to know

    • Sektioner (Sections): Divide the room into areas, e.g. Indendørs and Terrasse (terrace). Tap + Ny sektion (New section) under the Sektioner tab.
    • Plantegning (Floor plan): Drag the tables into place, and add walls, windows and doors, so the plan looks like the room.
    • Reservationer (Reservations): See and create table bookings by day, by week or as a list.
    • Status: Change a table's status with the buttons Ledig (Available), Optaget (Occupied), Reserv. (Reserved) and Reng. (Clean.).
    • On the till: The table plan is shown under Menu → Bordplan when the Bordstyring (Table management) module is switched on under Admin → Indstillinger → Moduler (Admin → Settings → Modules).
