Pay with cash and card

Button names are written as they appear on a till set to Danish. The brackets give the name on a till set to English, the first time a button is mentioned. Change the till's language

1. 1 Add the items to the order.
2. 2 Tap BETAL (PAY).
3. 3 Tap ✂ Split regning (✂ Split bill) at the bottom left.
4. 4 Choose Manuelt beløb (Manual amount).
5. 5 Check that Kontant (Cash) is selected on the left.
6. 6 Tap in the amount field.
7. 7 Enter the amount the customer pays in cash, and tap OK.
8. 8 Tap Tilføj (Add).
9. 9 Choose Kort (Card) on the left. The rest of the amount is filled in.
10. 10 Tap Tilføj.
11. 11 Take the cash and tap Lige penge (Exact amount). If the customer gives you a note, tap the note.
12. 12 The customer pays the rest on the card terminal.
13. 13 Choose Print kvittering (Print receipt), Send via email or Ingen kvittering (No receipt).

14. Good to know

    • Undo a part payment: Tap the red ✕ next to the amount. Annuller split (Cancel split) starts over.
    • Per produkt (Per product): If the guests each want to pay for their own items, choose Per produkt instead of Manuelt beløb.
    • ½ and Resten (the rest): The buttons fill in half or all of the remaining amount for you.
    • The card payment fails: The payment window opens again, so you can take the remaining amount in another way.
    • Gift cards: Cannot be chosen in a split. Use the Gavekort (gift card) button in the payment window.
