See your shifts

Here you learn how to find a shift and see whether the till balanced.

Under Vagter (Shifts) you see all open and closed shifts with time, sales and till reconciliation.

Step by step

Tick a step when it is done

Button names are written as they appear on a till set to Danish. The brackets give the name on a till set to English, the first time a button is mentioned. Change the till's language

  1. Tap Admin at the top right of the till.
  2. Enter your 4-digit admin PIN.
  3. Choose Vagter in the menu on the left.
  4. Choose the period under Fra dato (From date) and Til dato (To date).
  5. If you want, choose a status, an employee or a terminal.
  6. Tap Opdater (Refresh).
  7. Tap a shift in the list.
  8. See under Kasseopgørelse (Cash count) whether the till balanced. A difference of 0,00 kr means that the till balanced.
  9. Tap Se kasserapport (View register report) to see the whole shift.
  10. Good to know

    • Download: Tap Download kasserapport (CSV) (Download register report (CSV)) to save the report, e.g. for your accounts.
    • Colours: A green difference means that the till balanced. Red means that money is missing. Yellow means that there is too much.
    • The till report shows the cash drawer, the sales summary and the breakdown of payments for the shift.
    • Open shift: A shift with the label Åben (Open) has not been closed yet.

Finishing up

Now you can find your shifts and see how the till balanced.
