Set up the customer display
Here you learn how to choose what customers see on the customer display at the till.

You can show your logo, an advert or a text. Departments without a setup show the SEJR logo.
Step by step
Tick a step when it is done
Button names are written as they appear on a till set to Danish. The brackets give the name on a till set to English, the first time a button is mentioned. Change the till's language
- Tap Admin at the top right of the till.
- Enter your 4-digit admin PIN.
- Choose Kundedisplay (Customer display) in the menu on the left.
- Choose a department.
- Choose the content type in the Indholdstype (Content type) field: Logo, Reklame (advertisement) or Tekst (text).
- Type the text customers should see in the Tekst field.
- If you like, choose Baggrundsfarve (Background color) and Tekstfarve (Text color).
- Switch on Vis dato og tid (Show date and time) if you like.
- See the result under Forhåndsvisning (Preview).
- Tap Gem og godkend (Save and approve).
Good to know
- Logo or advert: Choose Logo or Reklame, and tap + Upload to add an image. For adverts you can also use a video.
- Several departments: Each department has its own setup.
Finishing up
Your customer display is now set up.
Is the change not showing on the screen? Check that the customer display is connected under Admin → Enheder (Admin → Devices).
