Create payment methods
Here you learn how to create an extra payment method in SEJR POS.
Kontant (cash), Kort (card) and MobilePay are always on the till. You can add more yourself, e.g. Too Good To Go or a delivery platform.
Step by step
Tick a step when it is done
Button names are written as they appear on a till set to Danish. The brackets give the name on a till set to English, the first time a button is mentioned. Change the till's language
- Tap Admin at the top right of the till.
- Enter your 4-digit admin PIN.
- Choose Betalingsmetoder (Payment methods) in the menu on the left.
- Tap Ny betalingsmetode (New payment method).
- Type the name of the payment method in the Navn (Name) field, e.g. Too Good To Go.
- If the method should use special prices, choose a price group in the Prisgruppe (valgfri) (Price group (optional)) field.
- Choose a colour for the button. Under Forhåndsvisning (Preview) you can see what the button will look like.
- Make sure that Aktiv (Active) is ticked.
- If you like, tick Vis under "Udefra" (Show under "External"). The button then gets its own section for delivery platforms such as Wolt and Just Eat.
- Tap Opret betalingsmetode (Create payment method).
- Tap Tilbage til kasse (Back to register) at the top right.
- Tap an item.
- Tap BETAL (PAY).
- Your new payment method now appears as a button in the payment window.
Good to know
- Price group: If the payment method is linked to a price group, the price group's prices are used. See the guide Create price groups.
- Temporary stop: Tap Deaktiver (Deactivate) next to the payment method if it should not be used for a while.
Finishing up
Your payment method is now ready to use.
You can always change the name, colour or price group with the pencil icon under Admin → Betalingsmetoder.
Cannot see the button when you take payment? Check that Aktiv is ticked. Then tap Genindlæs (Reload) at the top of the till.
