Create modifiers

Button names are written as they appear on a till set to Danish. The brackets give the name on a till set to English, the first time a button is mentioned. Change the till's language

1. 1 Tap Admin at the top right of the till.
2. 2 Enter your 4-digit admin PIN.
3. 3 Choose Tilpasninger (Modifiers) in the menu on the left.
4. 4 Tap + Ny gruppe (+ New group).
5. 5 Enter the group's name in the Navn (Name) field, e.g. Syrup.
6. 6 Choose Type: Tilvalg (Add-on) cost extra. Fravalg (Removal) are e.g. "no onions".
7. 7 Choose whether the customer may choose more than one (Tillad flere valg, allow several choices), and whether a choice is required (Påkrævet, required).
8. 8 Tap Gem (Save).
9. 9 Tap + next to the group to add an option.
10. 10 Enter the option's name in the Navn field, e.g. Vanilla.
11. 11 If you want, enter a price in the Tillægspris (kr) (Extra price (kr)) field. Use 0 for free choices.
12. 12 Tap Gem.
13. 13 Tap the Tilknyt kategorier (Link categories) icon next to +.
14. 14 Choose the categories that should have the group.
15. 15 Tap Gem.

16. Good to know

    • More options: Repeat steps 9–12 for each option, e.g. Caramel and Hazelnut.
    • Vælg mindst / Vælg højst (Choose at least / Choose at most): Decides how many options the customer must or may choose. Leave the fields empty if you are in doubt.
    • Forudvalgt som standard (Pre-selected by default): The option is already selected when the product is sold.
    • Dette er pant (This is a deposit (pant)): Used when the option is a deposit. A discount cannot be given on a deposit.
    • Only one product: Under Admin → Produkter (Admin → Products) you can link the group to a single product with the Tilpasninger icon next to the product.
