Create price groups

Here you learn how to create a price group in SEJR POS.

A price group gives your products different prices in certain situations, e.g. when you sell through Wolt or have a lunch offer.

When the price group is selected on the till, its prices are used.

Step by step

Tick a step when it is done

Button names are written as they appear on a till set to Danish. The brackets give the name on a till set to English, the first time a button is mentioned. Change the till's language

  1. Tap Admin at the top right of the till.
  2. Enter your 4-digit admin PIN.
  3. Choose Prisgrupper (Price groups) in the menu on the left.
  4. Tap Ny prisgruppe (New price group).
  5. Enter the price group's name in the Navn (Name) field, e.g. WOLT.
  6. Choose whether the name should be on the kitchen ticket (Vis på køkkenbon, show on kitchen ticket), and whether the group should be shown in the table plan (Vis i bordplan, show in table plan).
  7. If you want, tick Opret også en tilhørende betalingsmetode (Also create a matching payment method). The till then also gets a payment button for the price group.
  8. Tap Opret prisgruppe (Create price group).
  9. Tap Rediger priser (Edit prices) next to the price group.
  10. Enter the new price next to the products that should cost something else. Products without a new price keep their normal price.
  11. Tap Gem priser (Save prices).
  12. Close the window with Annuller (Cancel). The prices are already saved.
  13. Tap Tilbage til kasse (Back to register) at the top right.
  14. Tap the button with the price group's name above the number pad, e.g. WOLT. The products now show the price group's prices.

  15. Good to know

    • Back to normal prices: Tap the price group's button again.
    • Find products quickly: Use Filter at the top of the price window to see only one category.
    • Temporary pause: Tap Deaktiver (Deactivate) next to the price group if it is not to be used for a while.

Finishing up

Your price group is now ready to use on the till.

You can always change the prices with Rediger priser under Admin → Prisgrupper.

Can you not see the price group's button on the till? Check that the price group is active. Then tap Genindlæs (Reload) at the top of the till.
